Ed Westwick is set to star in a Hollywood adaptation of 'Romeo and Juliet'.The 'Gossip Girl' actor is reportedly in talks to star opposite 'True Grit's Hailee Steinfeld as Juliet's hot-tempered cousin Tybalt.Holly Hunter is also included... "There are so many [...] **EXCLUSIVE**: Holly Hunter has signed a deal to star in _Still I Rise,_ joining Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal in the Daniel  Barnz-directed drama about the campaign by a teacher and mother to transform a quality of education in a Pittsburgh inner-city public school. Hunter will play the head of the teacher's union. Barnz recently rewrote the Brin Hill screenplay. Mark Johnson is producing through his Gran Via Productions banner. The film will be distributed domestically by 20th Century Fox. At the same time, Hunter is in negotiations to star alongside Hailee Steinfeld in _Romeo and Juliet_, a Julian Fellowes-scripted version of the classic tale, directed by Carlo Carlei. Fellowes will produce with Gabriele Muccino, Ileen Maisel and Mark Ordesky. The Oscar-winning actress has most recently earned two Emmy noms for her work in the TNT drama _Saving Grace_. She's repped by ICM and Management 360, while_ True Grit'_s Steinfeld is repped by ICM. **EXCLUSIVE**: Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the playwright and comic book writer who was brought on to rewrite and hopefully save Broadway's _Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark,_ has booked several projects to follow. On the TV side, he'll become a co-producer and writer of the hit series _Glee._ And I'm told that he's just been set by MGM and Screen Gems to write a remake of _Carrie,_ the Stephen King thriller about the hyperkinetic teenager who gets pushed too far at the prom and wreaks havoc on her fellow high school students. King's bestselling book was turned into the 1976 film that starred Sissy Spacek, John Travolta, Amy Irving and Piper Laurie as the repressive mother. For Aguirre- Sacasa, these diverse projects are right in his wheelhouse. On _Carrie, _he will write a version that is more faithful to the King book than the earlier movie, much the same as Joel and Ethan Coen went back to the Charles Portis novel _True Grit _to present a version that didn't really feel like a remake.
