He left the hotel shortly after the time of the alleged assault. NYPD caught up with him on an Air France flight at JFK, 10 minutes before the plane was to depart. They pulled him from his first class seat and arrested him on charges of a criminal sex act, attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment.
