This plate thing may look nicer but it is a plate full of food isn't it. I do not need some one telling me how much of some thing I need to eat. I had to change my eating when I found out I had diabetes so she can go peddle her dinner plate to some one else I am happy with my pyramid and my diet that my Doctor and I work out for me.
